Here we have a project in Worth which we are upgrading the electrics in the Kitchen. There is 27 LED downlights going in which we are going to be using Vairilight switching which allows you to dim down/up the lighting moods. We are also going to be having Plinth/Pelmet lighting which the Kitchen designer will be channelling out groves and putting the led strip into a containment with a diffuser.

Crawley Down, West Sussex: Extension and electrical refurb

Here we have a project in Crawley Down working on behalf of Halsey construction on one of there many projects. There has been a extension on the front of the premises to allow space for a bigger bedroom and a ensuite. At the rear of the premises they have had a big extension to allow for a new kitchen, which has a 4x2 skylight going in which we are going to be installing LED strip around to create a floating effect and a numerous LED downlights.

Copthorne, West Sussex: Re-wire & extension

Here we have a project in Copthorne which we worked closely with Halsey Construction to achieve what we did. They have put a double extension on the rear of the premises and a pitched extension on the back of the kitchen. We have done a complete electrical install on the property changing all aspects of lighting to a design that will change and bring a lot of new energy to the property.

Broadbridge Heath, West Sussex: Extension |
Here we have a extension which we are doing on behalf of Halsey Construction. The rear of the premises is a brand new kitchen. What we had to do was get our cables from the consumer unit which was at the front of the house and into the new extension, which meant taking up carpets and working our way to where we needed to go. The carpets come up and went back down perfectly and you wouldn't notice a difference. As it was a pitched roof we decided to install 8 Led tilts to the angle of the light could be adjusted & we installed a feature light which is over the kitchen island.

Crawley Down, West Sussex: 6 Bedroom new build |
Here we are on a brand new build in Crawley Down which is a 6 bedroomed house with 3 en-suites, cinema room, sauna & steam room. It is going to be on a lighting control system which means you can control any of your lights from a touch of a tablet or phone. There has been over 5,000 metres of cable run in and over 40 double sockets. We have currently completed 1st fix & are awaiting to hear when we can start 2nd fix.

East Grinstead, West Sussex: Summer House |
These clients recently had a summer house installed in their garden, in which they wanted power and lighting installed. We supplied them with what they required, which we took a SWA from the main consumer unit inside the premises and exported it out and across into the summer house. We put a consumer unit in the summer house as it was more beneficial for future works in and around the garden and done a complete conduit install.

Here we worked closely with the client, giving them ideas of what kind of lighting would be good for the extension, you can see from the pictures on what we decided to go for. We installed high level sockets for sonos speakers.

Shipley Bridge, Surrey: New install and upgrade of existing
|

Due to having a 35 meter distance from the main incoming supply to the bungalow we decided to install a TT system with it's own independent earth. We first installed a new mains isolator of 100a and 35 m of armoured cable to the property. We then installed the earthing rods and connected it to the newly installed consumer units. Once we had this in place we then proceeded to remove all electrical services and place them neatly and safely into our new consumer units on the rear of the property. Once all cables were safely joined and in the new consumer unit, we were able to remove the existing. We also installed power and lighting to an outside shed using 10 mm armoured, and supplied a double socket, LED light, switch and switch fuse spur to protect the lighting. We also installed some outside sockets and lighting. Inside the property we installed under cabinet kitchen lighting, lighting pendants and downlights in the bedroom.

Warlingham, Surrey: High end lighting and appliance install

Here we performed an ugrade of lighting to a mordern high end finish with down lights in the kitchen and a large modern feature light over the dining table. We also upgraded and installed new appliances.

This was a new lighting installation using LED downlights and then using LED tape to try and create a floating ceiling.

South East, UK: Consumer units
We aim to provide a complete and dependable service, we make sure that even the parts you can't see are installed properly and profesionally. This is a look at some of the work we do on consumer units, we make sure everything is neat, tidy and well labelled, just how we like it. Once tested we then issue certificates, for domestic premises privately owned they last 10 years, domestic premises which are rental properties need to be checked and certified every 5 years.
East Grinstead, West Sussex: Garage conversion

For this installation we installed a new independent consumer unit for the conversion. Working to the clients design we supplied and installed lighting and sockets to the new boiler room, utility room, bedroom and bathroom. In the bedroom we installed new bedside sockets have to chase out the walls to locate the new sockets and we installed LED downlights on dimmer switches. At the clients request we installed a seperate switch for the fan so it can be conrolled manually and not activate when you turn the light on at night.

Crawley Down, West Sussex: Installation of power and lighting to a workshop

For this client we performed a complete lighting and power install. On the exterior we installed security lighting with PIR sensors and decorative downlights. Inside the property we installed a new consumer unit, sockets and lights to run various pieces of equipment and machinery. The install was completed in pvc conduit to keep the cables tidy and safe whilst the client was using the workshop

Crawley Down, West Sussex: Consumer unit and bonding upgrade

Here is a consumer unit upgrade which we have completed for a client. Also in this job we have upgraded the bonding for gas and water. We have installed smoke detectors throughout the property, which are connected to the mains. The power and lighting in the garage were running as a spur off of a ring from the house so we installed a new ring and seperated the garage power from the house and put it on its own breaker. Upon completion of the work we tested the property and provided certification through the NICEIC.

Crawley Down, West Sussex: New extension install

On this job we did a complete new install for the extension with sockets inside and out. We also installed LED downlights as the main source of lighting and LED tape with an inline RGB controller allowing our client to choose the colour of the tape at the push of a button. Also we upgraded the consumer to a modern RCD protected board and installed smoke and heat alarms throughout the property. There was also a need for an EICR ( Electrical installation condition report) because there were many faults within the current wiring and it had not been checked in a long time. Before we could upgrade the consumer unit or add any more circuits to the existing, we needed to find and rectify all faults within the current wiring.
